These Terms and Conditions govern your use of createhousestyle.com, operated by Create House Style ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the website, taking our quiz, submitting a form or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Design and renovation work is governed by a separate written contract.
Use of the Website
Please use the website lawfully. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content with automated tools, submit false information, impersonate others or send spam through our forms.
Style Quiz and Content
Our style quiz, articles, ideas and service descriptions are for inspiration and general information only. Quiz results are light hearted suggestions, not professional design advice. Content is not engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice, and images may be illustrative.
Consultations, Designs and Estimates
Consultations and estimates do not create a contract. Pricing reflects information available at the time and may change after detailed measurement and inspection. Scope, design, price, materials, schedule and payment terms are confirmed in a signed written agreement. Design concepts prepared by our team remain our property until paid for under that agreement.
Scheduling and Site Conditions
Weather, permits, inspections, material lead times and hidden conditions may affect timing and cost. Changes will be agreed in writing before additional work proceeds. You agree to provide reasonable access to the property and to tell us about known hazards.
Financing, Warranties and Third Parties
Financing, home loan and warranty products are offered by independent providers under their own terms and approval processes. Solar incentives and utility rules are set by government agencies and utilities and may change. We are not responsible for third party decisions, products or websites.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, the style quiz, logos and design, belongs to Create House Style or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non commercial use only.
Your Submissions
By submitting information or images, you confirm you may share them and that they are accurate, and you allow us to use them to respond and provide services as described in our Privacy Policy.
Appointments and Cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellation rights for signed home improvement contracts under California and federal law are set out in your written contract.
Disclaimer
The website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Warranties for completed work are limited to those in your contract and any manufacturer warranties.
Limitation of Liability

Changes to These Terms
